Can someone record the screen and steal the content?
You choose the policy. In strict mode, video only plays on devices that prevent recording, such as iPhone, Mac, and modern devices. In balanced mode, it plays on all devices with a watermark containing the user's name and email. In both cases, any leak can be traced back to its source.
If a leak happens, what do you provide?
An organized Legal Evidence Package including the registered user identity, session logs, watch dates, device fingerprint, and watermark data. The package helps your lawyer review the incident and act quickly.
What happens if I exceed plan limits?
Videos do not stop. We send an alert before you reach the limit, and extra usage is billed at clear pay-as-you-go rates.
What do "played minutes" and "playback starts" mean?
Played minutes are the actual time your students spend watching. A playback start is each time the video unlocks for a student. Pausing and resuming do not count as new starts.
My sales are seasonal. Which plan fits best?
If revenue is concentrated in specific windows, like a course launch or semester start, wallet credits usually fit best because the balance does not expire. If usage is steady all year, the monthly plan is cheaper.
